Worst service provider- Open serve

Open serve is the worst contracted service provider to Vodacom. We have been without fibre connection for 3days, called Vodacom 10 times and they even can’t get through to Open Serve who are supposed to schedule to come fix my fibre connection. This has resulted in my not being able to work at home, friend and family visiting can’t connect with others. I have never experienced such complete disregard for customera
