Worst service from openserve

I have app**** online for the fibre they have called me for to confirm everything and the installation took place on the 2nd Feb 2025.

The installation is incomplete with no router and it was said to them the internet is needed for business and my wife working from home as well it's been 4 days later and still no has called to resolve my problem.

Openserve is all about building a clientele and not providing what they say they would.....

I wouldn't evens recommend them to my worst enemy that the kind of unreliable service you can expert from openserve.
