WORST SERVICE EVER!

Ordered a new service on 18/07/2021 The terms are an Openserve Technician will contact me within 1-7 days for installation of my line its now been 18days and no response from Axxess or Openserve.

I have contacted all the available numbers as well as email addresses and just no reply!

Never have I experienced bad service like this in my life!!!!
