WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

The worst service experience from Openserve. ***-44. B***

Queries have been sent to management only for me to be told by one manager that the other is not available. I am paying for a service that is not even in use because you guys refuse to come and sort my Wi-Fi service out. I am constantly on calls with Vox and nothing is being resolved. Openserve is the main cause for this delay and I need a manager to contact me URGENTLY as this effecting my everyday work - Alwyn Munetsi ***
