Worst service ever

Where do I begin for the past few months at least once every month we have no internet.We work from home and when we don't have internet we have to go in to the office. Which is an added expense.We are now on day 3 with no internet.Who will reimburse us for petrol to work and days missed on prescriptions for services like netflix,prime ect that we can't use. This service is getting more and more unreliable. I need a manager to contact me asap.
