Worst service delivery ever!!!

Worst service delivery ever! Our fibre line stopped working on saturday afternoon! We reported it to afrihost and they said it's a problem on the line and openserve must fix it. They reported it with openserve. Still no word, it is now monday afternoon. I have sent them mesages on their facebook page and messenger. I have even sent them an e-mail, still I haven't heard word back from them. Not even we are working on it nothing!!!! How can a company deliver such poor service!!! My husbands business is dependant on the internet and now he can't do anything!!!
