Worst service: Cancelation fee for service i did not receive

I paid for reconnection with Openserve Friday 26/09/25. For a week i speak to the chat bots everyday. Everyday same story service was cancelled on the back end. & days later still no service. Now they are saying if i cancel the reconnection i will have to pay cancelation fees. How do u pay cancelation fees for a service that you do not have. Openserve has the worst customer service i have ever experienced.
