Worst service

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’m waiting for my fibre to be installed for 3 weeks now and I’ve paid the installation fee logged calls via Afrihost who’s escalated the matter multiple times asking Openserve to for a response or to reach out to me without success. I’ve reached out to Openserve customer care devotion and have heard nothing back there is no communication via openserve only an email yo track my order now 3 weeks later keep in mind I received confirmation from work that I could work from home due to the intense weather and explained that now that to them Honestly this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced
