Worst fibre provider

"This company is on my top 5 list of the worst service providers I’ve dealt with. It’s been almost 4 weeks, and we are still waiting. The ticket status is as follows: 'We are awaiting the customer to move in on the 2nd of January?!?' I hope Metro Fibre will replace these guys. Just shocking!"
