Worst fibre ever with extremely bad customer service

This the worst fibre I have ever used in my life , the customer service is extremely poor even though you have paid in full . They give you a price and send you an invoice that is more than the price they have given you . They claim to have free installation but I have been paying installation fee every month for the past 3 months so they can reconnect my Wi-Fi even though my payments are on time . They cut of my Wi-Fi and made me pay extra for a service which they said had expired so they still have to refund me . Today they cut my internet but it shows um not owing any money , when I contact the customer service they tell me that they are currently on leave they will help me when they are back in office . I highly don’t recommend this Wi-Fi , they deserve 0 stars
