Worst Fiber

Terrible service from openserve and vodacom. Avoid these service providers if you want peace in your life. Our wifi has been off since lastweek Saturday. Today it's Friday. No one has come out to attend to the issue. I keep calling Vodacom who still says Openserve is at fault and the technician will come fix it. Our work is delayed and we have spent so much on buying data this week out of pocket. I'm so disappointed! They keep saying they have sent a technician but no one called or came. Our wifi is still off 6 days later!
