Worst Customer service EVER

Openserve is really one of the WORST companies that you can expect to acctually install fibre... I dont know how this company is still active because the service is DISGUSTING. First the technician '' Joseph Padi '' come's out to my house explaining how he's NOT going to install the fibre. That same day a mr " Willi" calls me and saks me if the technician is still at my house? This only shows you that they have NO comunication between the technicians which is realy PATHETIC. Then the following week " Willi" called me up again and booked a date when they will come and install the Fibre.. I agreed and asked that they can be there earley because i have to go to work. So yet again I aranged my working schedule to accommodate the instalation... I waited untill 9am and no one called me to cancle or confirm another date... Turns out that the technician " Joseph Padi" only arived at my house at 2pm which also shows that they have NO customer interest. Then their offices called me up on the 23rd of December and said that they will come and install the fibre on the 27th of December.... Yet again I agreed and Yet Again its still nkt done... Which goes to show thet they have no CUSTOMER SERVICE..
