Worst Contractor Ever

Absolutely appalled at how your technicians lie to your face. This is the second time I have had issues with the same guy.

I am expecting a line to be installed at my home and your technician is making excuses as to why he cannot install at this time. Let me just make it clear that I already have a line installed at this residents. I have already had someone confirm that I can get another!

First excuse is bad cables underground. Second is trees in the way. Third no line of site....

An utter waste of time. Worst contractors and technicians. If you are wondering which technician I am referring to. His name is Trevor which is in the Knysna Area.

I prey that this reaches your head office and you are fired. I am going to take this further.
