Worst and most unreliable service provider ever

We requested Open serve to come out and install our wifi. Our current IPS is Level 7. The whole process started last week Thursday and not one single person has phoned me to set up a time to install it. Then it was scheduled for yesterday between 8-10 and no one came. I spoke to a woman from open serve and she told me that when they give you a time slot it does not mean that they will come in that time?? I mean how ridiculous. Then you just wasting out time?? We already paid for the wifi but we still do not have any internet connection. I phoned open serve just now and I asked the guy to kindly assist me and sort this out and his words were "no I am not going to sort it out, you must phone level 7). This is the most unreliable, ************* & WORST service provider ever!!!!!!! I wish that I never have to deal with open serve in my life again.
