Wifi off takes long to fix

We haven't had wifi fibre since yesterday, today is the 23/07/2023. We are told 24 to 48 hours turnaround time. It's a weekend. How much data much we spend. It's almost feel like it's a business strategy to make money. I don't know of any business that does this. Makes no business sense to infuriate customers like this. I'm in a neighbourhood watch group and everyone is not happy at all.
