Whole Region Fibre Off

We have been without Fibre since the 5th without any communication as why. We have now found out that is due to the floods. Nobody tells us nothing. No eta. I am trying to keep my business going without internet, HOW. Just communicate with us. This is the 2nd time why not do something else to avoid these problems.
