DSL line went down on Friday morning. The whole area is down. made contact with Telkom 'openserve' to be told...Dear customer. We are aware of and working on the Degraded problem in your area. Thats the same generic message every time. Its bad,bad service. Some of us have businesses to conduct and need a stable line. Purchasing gigs to use cellphone as a hot spot far too expensive.
