Whats happening at Telkom /Openserve?

Poor service from a State Owned Enterprise is understandable - but from a JSE listed company this is disappointing. Since my adsl line has been down I've come across a great many others with the same problem. I wonder if this is because the company has stopped paying over-time and is it because they are under resourced to meet their customers needs. Maybe its because they are trying to encourage you to move to fibre or wireless. Whatever the reason they must be losing lots of customers.
