Whats app consultants useless!!!!

zero stars!!!! Their WhatsApp *** consultants are absolutely useless and unhelpful no matter how many times you ask a question for help. I asked if they can help me cancel a free trial 7 times and in the end I got no help but instead I got this answer "It is very difficult to assist you, you seem to know what to do and you don't want to argue." if I could put screen shots I would post the whole conversation. Absolutely shocking do not bother using the number it is wasting your time.
