What can be done?

Been trying to get access to Fibre. Cables installed in the road outside 2 years ago. Estates on both sides been connected for years. 40 Units in the Retirement Village want connection. Application made via vox business in February.

Now told via another provider that it isn’t even scheduled and won’t be looked at this “quarter”.

AND they have the monopoly!!!

Can’t even contact them....no contact details.
