What a waste of time!

Frankly, giving these guys one star is excessive, if I could I would give them NIL. Absolutely no customer service, very poor communication if at all, got nowhere after many attempts and taking my business elsewhere. Who need disorganisation like this in their life? Disgusting is the only way to decribe it.
