We have a fibre line with Vodacom with open serve been the infrastructure owner. Our fibre is down. Open serve nor Vodacom are willing to come to the house to resolve the connection issue. From the desktop exercise performed thy have concluded that everything is fine on their side. But it’s not fine on my side as I’m the one without internet connection and still have to pay monthly subscription.
