We had good run but I'm not happy now

I work remotely from comfort of my home ,using openserve fibre was to make sure I never struggle with doing my job, since morning I woke up no service I can't rely on something that I paid for to do my job, now I had to buy prepaid data for my job to be done I'm not happy because there isn't explanation on why on how their system is offline
