WASTE OF MY PATIENCE, MY TIME AND MY MONEY

This review goes out to VOX TELECOM AMD OPENSERVE because both companies are ABSOLUTELY USELESS because both of you failed to even try and keep business or a customer happy.

Do not even know where to begin, WORST ISP EVER!!! No custom service, no call back, no response!!! Request a line middle October 2022, RICA approved and received sms saying modem is on it's way and will be delivered and installation will be confirmed, revieved modem and 2 days later recieve sms from Openserve installation complete your line is ready to be used. WHAT LINE??? Nothing was installed, no one called or mailed or made any arrangements for installation. Long story short I STILL DON'T HAVE ANY INTERNET, NO LINE INSTALLED. Yet you have been charging me for internet I don't have each month there after even tho I can see on my app no internet has been used what so ever. A total of 48 Calls to you on my own airtime with a waiting period of 45min to 1 hour and then I get cut off because no one answers the phone on your side. My patience has reach it limit long ago yet i still continued and each time I call I think this is the day I will be assisted BUT NO. This is absolute BULL@*#$ I would be ashamed if this was my company. Last response from VOX on the 11th of November. Due to your unprofessional service you have cost me THOUSANDS of Rands in buying data each month because I have a active internet line "that I don't really have" so I can't just move to a new ISP because I must cancel it first. November cell phone bill R3433 December cell phone bill R3103 Jan cell phone bill alone is sitting at R1954 with this amountmof money I could have paid for almost 14 houses Internet. Ontop of that I can't actually afford paying this amount on my cell phone bill but what else can I do I need Wifi. I have cancelled my line due date is only the 1st of March and because it's been less than a year now, now you want to also charge me Cancellation fee/recovery fee of R2875 YOU MUST BE JOKING FOR WHAT a line and service I still to this day have not received. You will not be getting a single cent from me. You were a waste of MY PATIENCE, MY TIME AND MY MONEY.
