Waiting too long for installation

I asked for my telkom line to be moved on 28 September, after a long struggle the order hot through to openserve to come activate my adsl line as i moved from residence. Patrick came to my house on 25 November and found the line was damaged somewhere and said they would send someone ons gave me his supervisor Altons number. Im never getting any info from him of when my line will be finished. He constantly give me other people's number as i just end up hearing he is the one who can help me as it is in his district. How many months must one wait for service delivery???
