Waiting for Openserve shouldn't feel like a time travel experiment

After enduring a four-week wait, our initial request faced an unexplained rejection after two weeks. Subsequent attempts were hampered by their faulty system. Despite multiple efforts via email, phone (often with more than 60 minutes of hold time), and a glitchy live chat, no progress was made.

The situation escalated to physically visiting their offices and almost involving the police before gaining access to someone who could assist with ONT delivery and installation. Unfortunately, their head offices are now stumbling over a paperwork issue, preventing the activation of our prepaid service initiated a month ago.
