Waiting 6 months for Internet

I've being waiting for operserve(Rustenburg) to complete my line instillation for 6 months now... Already paid my deposit of 700 to Telkom and still waiting. technicians just not answering their phones if i phone from a different number then my own they answer and then just keep telling me that they are not in town at the moment and are working in Pothefstroom
