VOX / Openserve POOR Service !!!!!!

Placed an order with VOX on the 23/09/2019 regarding Fibre to my Home, took 2 weeks to get feedback from VOX, and Openserve was meant to install my fibre this morning at 8:00am, and as per usual, they did not pitch !!! Absolutely disgusted by the service, and the fact that no one at VOX seems to know what's going on.
