Vox is ****ed, openserv is doing the ****ing

Ssoo Openserv decided to give me a 30 free trial on my Fibre line WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I don't have any internet and am unable to get a web provider.. Vox is useless as I tried to contact them about this, they have an "Automated" response of "We can't see who the other provider is" but ON WhatsApp they can tell me who it is... They can't even provide me with a number to contact them
