Vodacom openserve

Vodacom I have taken Vodacom fiber last year June at the Vodacom store in bluff Durban I was informed it’s month to month an I could cancel at anytime an just pay a cancellation fee not more then 500 now that I want to cancel from being out of a job an won’t make it to pay I have called Vodacom and they agent has informed me if I cancel I will need to pay R15000 as it’s not month to month it’s a contract even thou it says it’s month to month she said weather it says month to month it’s still a contract how is this possible how do I cancel now because I won’t be able to pay for it I also won’t be able to cancel as the agents said there’s nothing they can do an nothing I could do but just pay R15000 this is madness an I will never advise anyone to take this
