Vodacom and openserve fibre deals .... pathetic service

We recently went for the vodacom and openserve fibre deal. Once everything was confirmed Vodacom confirmed that Openserve should have everything installed in 14 days. We received a message from openserve to say the order was received and they working on it. Time lapsed and there was no feedback, we contacted openseve only to be told it can take up to 3 months to get everything installed . Openserve requested we go back to vodacom to make alternate arrangements while they working on it. We went back to vodacom only to be told that they were unaware that it will take so long, it's a fibre deal that open serve is running. What pathetic service. Vodacom is advertising the R429 fibre deal and conning people to take it without telling them it will take months to be sorted and activated and openserve is taking no responsibility when you call them... their attitude is like , o it's just one of those things. This is not any way to treat human beings let alone customers. It's false advertising and pathetic service. I hope my review doesn't go unnoticed as we didn't need fibre to just have it, it created a delay in my studies, and also affected us financially. Two huge companies that we had faith in, treated us like fools. Openserve and vodacom I pray that you don't do this again to human beings
