Very Poor Service

Very poor service. I've waited over 2 weeks for a phone call to schedule an appointment, finally someone phones me today, we schedule, within 10 minutes I tried calling back to reschedule as other work obligations came in. I cannot get hold of the technician who phoned me, left several messages, logged calls with Openserve to try and resolve. I haven't even STARTED with them yet and already I'm unhappy and thinking of cancelling this order.
