Very horrible service from openserve

Openserve has the worst service ever non contactable and wrong installation I've been waiting for months for this installation and I was approached with the first 30 days trail after waiting months for that I got a call from openserve saying they are coming to install but nothing happened the next day instead I got a call from someone else saying they are also from openserve and they coming to install the first 30 days and they had my address wrong after telling them more than twice nevertheless a technician by the name Tshepo comes and spends about 4hours here because he didn't have the correct cable by the time he was done we loadshedding and he left when the electricity came back I had no connection and it took me an arm and a leg to get in contact with anyone i waited the whole weekend for the technician to come back he comes back on a Tuesday to tell me he made a mistake he installed Vox and I did not want that yet and he left the box like that and tells me I should call I'm so frustrated with openserve right now even when I try to contact sales or someone who can get me to the right department I'm taken from pila to post how is a service provider installed here when I haven't chose any provider yet to make matters worse no one contacts me back I've been a fool for decided not to go with Vuma now I see what loyalty to Openserve can do to a customer very horrible experience I'm thinking of opting with someone else because this is *******
