Very disappointed with Openserve

This deserves a - 10 rating. I have been without internet since early Tuesday morning. Wednesday morning, Metro Nkuna chose to speak to everyone in the neighborhood except me. I am still sitting without internet (now on day 4) and Openserve refuse to even look at what could be causing the outage.
