Very bad wifi service

Zero rating.They are giving a very bad experience we have been waiting more than a month for mweb and openserve to come and install our wifi.We did receive the router from mweb openserve was here after we nagged again then he said its not the correct address we tried calling they dont answer or come back on when the installatung will be happening but the same gut from open serve that needs to install the wifi sits every day under a tree in his bakkie eating but not assisting clients but they want their money for connection which was paid the new month they want the subscription but its still not installed.If you call mweb all they say we will escalate or they will get back to you but nothing is happening
