Very bad tech support, tickets just being closed without anything being done or comments on it being left

Service is atrocious.

My line has been down for pretty much 2 weeks now.

Multiple tickets logged with them via my ISP. I can see the tickets were logged as I could see them on my Openserve app. All my tickets have been closed with no comments or anything being done about it.

If only I had other options in the area.
