Very bad service

I am very disappointed, I was impressed when I received an SMS telling me to download the app and track my order, and set an appointment on the app and it was confirmed, I waited for them, and they didn't show up, there's even no way to contact them and follow up, then I read the Google ratings, I realized how horrible their service is.
