Users do not matter

They truely are the most unreliable fibre provider. Ive had so much outages this year. And an outage normally last days. This time round a cable at someones house needed ro be replaced, so a bunch of other users were turned off just before 17:00. Now its 19:00. And its just left for another time. Here we sit with no connection. They cannot care less about users. Out of 3 providers ive been with they are by far just the worst, I have no trust in them, but have no choice fo another provider.
