Useless Service provider

Undoubtedly the worst business processes you'll ever encounter. App**** for prepaid Fibre, and immediately recieved a whatsapp message and an SMS. The 2 have different order numbers and the house number on the SMS is wrong. Their app does not recognise my order numbers. The CEO of this company must be the most useless business leader ever. What a **** company.
