Useless Service Delivery

Worst service received. Our internet has been down for more than 4 days now and NO ONE knows what the ETA is. Every consultant from Web Africa just handles you. Tell you what they think you want to hear but absolutely NOTHING gets resolved. They keep on telling me it's been escalated. ESCELATED TO WHAT!!! There is no communication from them and they certainly are not in any rush to fix any problems. But come month end you have to pay for **** service delivery.
