USELESS OPENSERVE

One of the worst infrastructure providers I have had the misfortune of TRYING to deal with because you just can't get anything out of them! For 7 days now I have had to go without internet! No communication from them, no way to get hold of them no timelines on repairs just silence!

How in this day and age can you be so useless as to not be able to repair your infrastructure within a reasonable time! So then yesterday I finally after 6 days heard back from my ISP that they (and this is an ISP with I assume a written SLA in place) finally got hold of Openserve and they had figured out that they need to replace a splitter.....!!!!! So, this basically tells me Openserve did not even bother to go out and find out what the issue is for the whole week and only yesterday managed to figure it out and will send someone after a week!!!

Well all I can say is TO HELL with Openserve I am moving to Metrofibre with immediate effect and will never recommend anyone to them ever!!!!
