Useless Openserve and Telkom

Openserve and Telkom is the worst services I've ever experienced if there was a why to rate for zero stars I would. Our internet has been down now for 8 days. We made 4 tickets all was closed without the problem being solved. We called them and every time they say that they can see there's a problem and they will send someone out and gave us dates when we would expect them but no one comes. We can't wait at home for them every day. We wasted alot of airtime by calling them. They are ***** and are ********* how they do business like this I don't know. How can they expect us to be happy with the service that we get and that we will stay with them.
