USELESS OPENSERVE!

Absolutely USELESS customer service. Logged a fault on the 15th Jan, through vodacom fibre. The fibre cable broke. Now the 5th day, and i have NOT heard from openserve, despite vodacom reporting it to them 5 days ago!!! AVOID this useless company!!!!!
