Useless Fibre

The first 9 months was good not exceptional but last couple months almost every night my WiFi goes off multiple times and sometimes stay off.

Every time I must go vox WhatsApp portal , they log ticket and say thank for contacting them but nothing happens.

The last couple months a NEGATIVE if I could.
