Useless Customer Service - Fibre Installation

Openserve was awarded the contract to install fibre infrastructure in our estate many months ago. They have been working on and off in the estate for months now and for some reason have moved on after only partially completing the installation. It seems they have now withdrawn from our estate, leaving two sections of the estate without infrastrucure - including my house.

All attempts to have this rectified have been ignored by Openserve - they always seem to "respond" to my email queries (don't even bother trying to phone - no one ever picks up) by CC'ing me in their inter-company conversations filled with technical jargon and never address my issues directly - they have never directly rep**** to me.

A warning: DO NOT USE OPENSERVE to install your insfrastructure! Openserve is a division of Telkom, a State Owned Company, and it shows. There are many other alternatives - rather pick one of them.
