What a horrible experience im having with telkom and Openserve. Can't even purchase a prepaid fibre voucher on their websites. None of the agents know why. Their website cant verify a B number they gave me which was working just less than 24hours ago, now no one knows why its not allowing me to buy a top up voucher. Yet its their product. Disgusting
