Upset Customer

Good Day

Joel Ledwaba from Telkom Openserve came to install my router.

He damaged my wall with a nail chipped the plaster and covered it with the router. The router or whatever the device may be fell off as soon as he left. He made two very unpleasant looking holes on the wall. I called him and he promised to come and repair the damages he caused. He is ignoring my calls and I am very upset because that is not how I keep my walls. Please revert to me with a solution as a matter of urgency.
