Upgrade your tech!

If I could change I would! Sadly you're the ONLY wireless provider here. Your network needs to be reset more than three times EVERY DAY! As soon as an aircraft is near our house... BOOM! No network and then suddenly it buffers after 3 minutes and takes another 2 to 3 minutes to come back online again to continue watching. Seriously! What are we paying for? Connect the dots and pray for service when all's well in Oz?! Upgrade your towers and networks and bandwidth or whatever is causing this interruption. It's exhausting!
