Update your fibre coverage map!!

<p>3 weeks ago our family started working with Axxess to move from Mweb to them. Let me be clear we have used fibre previously and so we know our area has it installed. We have done everything we needed to but Axxess cannot complete the migration as Openserve's Fibre coverage map shows that our area is still awaiting fibre and even though we know there is fibre apparently it all depends on their map being updated!!! Emails sent, escalations sent!! We now have no internet and I understand that Openserve is a part of Telkom!! Openserve would you mind taking a couple of minutes to either answer an email or maybe update your outdated map!! I am appalled that we are all waiting for you!! I demand this is resolved and await a response and will not stop posting and taking this further until you do!!</p>
