Unresolved service

Unfortunately can't complain about service because there aren't any!!! Been without Internet service since last week Thursday and no communication whatsoever!!!! Spending so.much time on calls/ emails to try and resolve this matter!!! OMW can I get some help, anyone?? Also Consultants need urgent unskilling/ refresher on customer service. Do yourself a favor- listen to the recordings management!!
